These narrow mouth vials are made with amberized, TPX (polymethylpentene) Plastic and have a first hydrolytic, Type N51A, Clear, pharmaceutical grade, Borosilicate Glass Insert, with a conical bottom, embedded in the plastic. These vials have a 200ul total fill volume and will not leak from the bottom if the needle crashes the insert. The Insert will not move in the vial.
